- Rooms may only be reserved by registered Odette students.
- Only same-day room reservations are available (no advance reservations). Room availability will display and be open for booking beginning at 12:00am each day.
- Students that reserve rooms must be present for the entire room reservation.
- Students are not permitted to reserve rooms for other students.
- Students are restricted to one room reservation per day of up to 2 hours.
- Rooms are not available for individual use.
- Access to group study rooms no longer requires a key. When your reservation begins, go to your room.
- You must check in within 15 minutes of the start of your reservation from within Odette using the QR Code at your study room or the link in the confirmation email.
- FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN YOUR RESERVATION BEING CANCELLED AND YOUR TIMESLOT BEING RE-OPENED IN THE SYSTEM FOR OTHERS TO RESERVE.
- At the end of your reservation, please be respectful by cleaning up after yourselves and exiting in a timely fashion for the next users.
- Eating meals is not permitted. Drinks with lids are permitted. Please remove all garbage upon completion of your reservation.
- Rooms will open automatically at 8am and will lock at 8pm. Please vacate all rooms by 8pm (if you lock yourself out of your room after 8pm, you will need to contact the Special Constable Service at ext. 4444).
